摘要
论文通过Zeta电位和溶液离子的测定以及小浮选试验和自然沉降试验等手段,探讨了六偏磷酸钠在浮选中的降灰效果以及对浮选尾煤沉降性能的影响。试验结果表明,浮选中适当添加六偏磷酸钠,能使浮选精煤灰分适量降低并同时提高浮选精煤的产率。但随着六偏磷酸钠的添加,浮选尾煤水质硬度变小,细泥颗粒表面电负性增强,导致尾煤沉降速度减慢。
The influence of Sodium hexametaphosphate on ash reducing in flotation and settling situation of flotation tailings were investigated, through the t of Zeta potential and solution ionic, and the experiment of flotation and free settling. The results show that, the adding moderate amount of sodium hexametaphosphate in flotation lowers the ash content and increases the yield of flotation concentrate. However, with the increase of sodium hexametaphosphate amount, the water hardness of flotation tailing would be decreased, and the surface electronegativity of fine particles enhanced, reducing the settling velocity of flotation railings.
