本文简述了医疗便民服务系统通过信息化平台,将先进的信息技术和医护人员服务相整合,优化了医疗服务流程,让诊疗服务更加科学、有序,使医院服务能力和服务质量得到快速提升。
This paper took the Luwan Branch of Ruijin Hospital as a good example for its successful practice of the patient-friendly medical service system by integration of the up-to-date information technology and medical personnel's services via the informatization platform. As a consequence, the system has made medical attention accessible to patients in a more scientific and orderly way, greatly boosting the serviceability and service quality of the hospital.
