高频超声在颈部肌肉骨骼大运动后损伤治疗中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨高频超声在人体大运动后颈部肌肉骨骼损伤治疗中的临床应用价值,旨在为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取2012年5月~2013年5月就诊于我院的颈部肌肉骨骼损伤患者180例,按数字表法随机分为3组,每组60例。其中,对照组1采用CT技术进行诊断检查,对照组2采用磁共振技术进行诊断检查,而观察组则采用高频超声技术进行诊断检查。确认3组患者颈部肌肉骨骼的损伤情况,比较3种检测方法的诊断准确率和误诊率,询问并统计3组患者及家属对检测方法的满意程度,综合比较各检测方法的优劣。结果观察组的诊断平均准确率为88.10%,明显高于两对照组的62.89%和80.42%,而误诊率则显著低于两对照组;观察组患者及家属对高频超声检测方法的总满意率为96.67%,也显著高于两对照组的81.67%和86.67%;数据分析其各方面差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论高频超声应用于人体大运动后颈部肌肉骨骼损伤的诊断治疗中,不但可以有效提高诊断准确率,还可增加患者的检测适从性,是一种可靠、经济、高效的检查手段,具有广泛的应用前景,值得在临床上推广使用。 Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of high-frequency ultrasound for cervical musculoskeletal injuries after strenuous exercise, aiming to provide a foundation for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 180 patients with cervical musculoskeletal injuries were selected in this study among those who were treated in the hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 and were divided averagely into 3 groups (Control Group 1, Control Group 2 and Observation Group with 60 patients per group) according to the method of random number table. Specific diagnostic inspection methods were deployed for each group: CT scanning in Control Group 1 versus MRI technology in Control Group 2 and high-frequency ultrasound in Observation Group. Thus, having identified the cervical musculoskeletal injuries in three groups of patients, comparisons could be made among three diagnostic methods in their accurate and mistake diagnostic rates. In order to have a further understanding of three methods in comparison of their advantages and disadvantages, investigation of all the patients and their families was conducted to acquire and calculate their satisfaction degree of certain detecting method. Result The average accurate diagnostic rate of the Observation Group demonstrated striking superiority over other two groups, namely, 88.10% versus 62.89% and 80.42%. While, in view of the mistake diagnostic rate of three groups, the Observation Group was the lowest in contrast with other two groups. The general satisfaction degree of the Observation Group and their families with the high-ultrasound detection method was 96.67% versus Control Group 1 's 81.67% and Control Group 2's 86.67%. Statistical significance existed in data analysis of three detection methods from diversified perspectives (P〈0.05). Conclusion High- frequency ultrasound, as a reliable, economical and high-efficiency detection approach with a wide range of prospective applications for the diagnosis of cervical musculoskeletal injuries after strenuous exercise, is a great boost not only in the accurate diagnostic rate, but also in patients' adaptability to the detection, deserving to be extended into clinical application.
