阿托伐他汀联合复方丹参滴丸治疗老年高脂血症疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Atorvastatin and Fufang Danshen Diwan in the Treatment of Old-age and High Fat Blood Disease

目的:观察阿托伐他汀联合复方丹参滴丸治疗老年高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选择老年高脂血症患者100例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,入选病例均行常规低脂饮食。治疗组患者口服阿托伐他汀10mg·qd及复方丹参滴丸10片tid治疗,对照组患者口服阿托伐他汀20mg·qd治疗,共治疗8周,观察两组治疗前后TC、TG、HDL-C水平变化。结果:治疗组降低TC、TG和升高HDL-C的有效率分别为94.0%、88.0%、90.0%,对照组分别为74.0%、70.0%、74.0%,两组差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:阿托伐他汀联合复方丹参滴丸治疗老年高脂血症安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： The purpose observation gives to fell the curative effect that Atorvastatin and Fufang Danshen Diwan cure the old-age and high fat blood disease. Methods：Chooses the old-age and high fat blood disease sufferer 100, divided into 2 random, all is 50, select the low fat food of the case normal regulations;Cure the set takes orally to give to fell Atorvastatin 10 mg qd and three drops of pill 10 slices of Fufang Danshen Diwan . The matched control takes orally to give to fell Atorvastatin 20 mg qd. Cure 8 weeks totally, observe two the sets cures are in front and back the TC, TG, HDL- C of variety. Results：The treatment set lowers the TC, TG and goes up the HDL-C efficient distinguish to 94 %, 88 %, 90 % ;The matched control distinguishes to 74 %,70%, 74 %, the difference is very significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Atorvastatin and Fufang Danshen Diwan use to cure the old-age and high fat blood disease is a safety valid.
