摘要
为实现激光修整砂轮过程中的砂轮轮廓测量,分析了激光三角法的测量原理,并选用基于三角法的CCD激光位移传感器、精密电控移动平台和数字信号处理器(DSP)等搭建了砂轮轮廓测量系统。系统采用DSP设计传感器控制和数据处理电路,以实现其在激光修整砂轮过程中的应用。传感器测量精度验证实验和激光修整砂轮实验结果表明:CCD位移传感器的测量精度达7μm,所设计的轮廓测量系统能准确测量出砂轮轮廓,并成功应用于激光修整砂轮系统,具有良好的实用价值和应用前景。
To measure grinding wheel profile in laser truing process, a grinding wheel profile measuring system consists of CCD laser displacement sensor, precise moving table and DSP is designed based on laser-triangulation. The DSP design is used for sensor control and data processing circuit, to realize application in laser truing process. The sensor measuring precision verification experiment and laser turing experiment show that CCD displacement sensor can achieve precision of 7μm, and the designed profile measuring system can accurately measure the grinding wheel profile, and is successfully applied in laser truing grinding wheel system, and has good application value and prospect.
