钙结合蛋白S100A8在急性炎症反应中的生物学机制 被引量:3

摘要 背景钙结合蛋白S100A8(S100 calcium binding protein A8,S100A8)是钙结合蛋白家族的重要成员,能与钙结合蛋白S100A9(S100 calcium binding protein A9,S100A9)特异性结合形成异二聚体后行使生物学功能,研究表明其与炎症过程密切相关。S100A8通过参与核因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF—κB)信号通路、还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸氧化酶-活性氧信号通路(NADPH oxidase-active oxygen signal,NADPH-ROS)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinases,MAPK)信号通路介导炎性细胞的趋化、参与急慢性炎症反应过程。目前研究发现S100A8特异抗体有中和S100A8的作用,能阻断SIOOA8的部分生物学功能。目的探讨S100A8在急性炎症信号转导通路中的作用。内容现就S100A8与急性炎症反应的相关性作一综述。趋向为急性炎症性疾病的早期诊断和防治提供新思路。 Background Calcium binding protein S100A8 (S100A8) is an important member of calcium binding protein. It conduct biological functions after combine with calcium binding protein A9 (S100A9) to form a heterodimer and correlate with the process of inflammatory. Calcium binding protein S100A8 involved in mediated recruitment of inflammatory cells, acute and chronic inflammatory response through the nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) signaling pathway, NADPH oxidase-active oxygen signal (NADPH- ROS) signaling pathway, mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) signaling pathway. Current study find that calcium binding protein S100A8-specific antibodies has the effect of neutralizing calcium binding protein S100A8, block partly biological function of calcium binding protein S100A8. Objective To investigate the effect of calcium binding protein S100A8 in acute inflammatory signaling pathways. Content The article make a summary on the correlation of calcium-binding protein S100A8 and acute inflammatory response. Trend To provide new ideas for early diagnosis and prevention of acute inflammatory disease.
