Study on the mechanism of blood deficiency and wind-pathogen invading in leukoderma

目的 本文旨在探讨白癜风发病的关键病机,以期为白癜风的中医治疗提供指导.方法 从古代医籍对白癜风的病机论述、＂补血祛风＂中药的现代药理研究成果以及＂补血祛风＂中药治疗白癜风的临床疗效等方面进行分析探讨.结果 ＂血虚风袭＂可致皮肤变白,用＂补血祛风＂药治疗白癜风具有较好的临床疗效.结论 ＂血虚风袭＂是导致白癜风发病的关键病机.

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the key pathogenesis ofleukoderma, so as to provide guidance for the TCM treatment of vitiligo. Methods This paper analyzed and discussed from the pathogenesis of leukoderma in the ancient medical books, modem pharmacological research achievements of Chinese medicine with the function of benefiting blood and dispelling the wind-pathogen, and clinical effects of these medicine in the treatment of leukoderma. Results Blood deficiency and wind-pathogen invading may lead skin to turn white, and Chinese medicine with the function of benefiting blood and dispelling the wind-pathogen have fine clinical effects in the therapy of leukoderma. Conclusion ＂blood deficiency and wind-pathogen invading＂ is the key pathogenesis of leukoderma.
