摘要 自噬在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥着不同作用,可能起着致病的作用,也可能起到保护作用。淋巴瘤是一类复杂多变的肿瘤,自噬可以降低淋巴瘤化疗的效果,抑制自噬成为淋巴瘤治疗的新靶点。免疫相关性GTP酶免疫相关GIP酶家族成员1是自噬途径的重要调节分子,其在维持淋巴细胞的生存中起到非常重要的作用,为此探讨免疫相关GTP酶家族成员1(IRGM1)在淋巴瘤细胞发生发展中的作用可能为揭示淋巴瘤的发生机制及治疗提供新的思路。 Autophagy may play a dual role in cancer development, the pathogenic one and the protective one. Lymphoma is a class of complex tumors, autophagy can reduce the effect of chemotherapy, and inhibiting autophagy becomes a new target for the treatment of lymphoma. Immune-related GTP enzyme( IRGM1 )is an important regulator molecule in autophagy pathway, playing a very important role in maintaining the survival of lymphocytes. The study of IRGM 1 in survival and development of lymphoma cells may provide new ideas of revealing mechanisms and therapy of lymphoma.
