Receptors and their ligands of NKT cells

NKT细胞是一类既表达T细胞受体（TCR）αβ又表达NK细胞表面标志的T细胞亚群，其能识别由抗原提呈细胞表面CDId分子提呈的脂类抗原（α-GalCer）。以往研究表明，NKT细胞配体可以分为内源性和外源性的，这些配体在生理和病理情况下对NKT细胞的调节具有重要意义。

NKT cells have been studied for more than a decade. These cells express T cell receptor （TCR） and natural killer cell （NK） lineage receptors. They played a very important role in infection immunity, tumor immunity, transplantation immunity and autoimmunity. NKT cells can recognize lipid antigens such as α-GalCer presented by antigen presenting cells. Previous studies showed that the ligands of NKT cells can be divided into endogenous and exogenous, which played a very important role in regulating the function of NKT cells.
