摘要 警报素(alarmins)是一类内源性介质,当机体受到危险信号刺激时,能被迅速释放到细胞外,趋化并激活抗原提呈细胞(APC)(尤其是树突状细胞),进而激发并促进固有免疫和适应性免疫。目前,关于警报素的研究主要集中在外伤后的全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)、败血症的治疗以及免疫性疾病。因而了解警报素家族成员及其在创伤和疾病方面的最新研究进展很有意义。 Alarmins, as endogenous mediators , could be rapidly released from cells in response to dangerous signals. Alarmin then recruits and activates antigen-presenting cells to enhance innate and adaptive immune responses. At present, the study of alarmins is predominantly concentrated on immune diseases, systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) and sepsis after trauma. Here, we introduce the members of alarmins and recent researches on alarmins in trauma and diseases.
