骨髓移植所需的全身照射技术 被引量:3

摘要 骨髓移植用x线作全身照射对病人的危险要比局部照射大得多,且单次大剂量照射易造成放射性肺炎等并发症,故需有一系列的技术措施,以保证其顺利进行,减少对病人的损伤。自1993年5月至1999年底我科共作全身照射122例,收到预期效果,未发生放射性肺炎,其技术要点简介如下。
