摘要
垦西油田污水、原油中含硫较高 ,对油水井及注水设备、注水管网腐蚀严重。我们在室内以环烷酸和二乙烯三胺为原料合成了一种咪唑啉 ,分别经过乙氧基化反应和季铵化反应对其改性 ,得到缓蚀剂FM和FMO ,在模拟垦西油田污水 (H2 S 3 %NaCl 水体系 )
An imidazoline is synthesized by reacting naphthenic acid with diethylenetriamine and is modified through ethoxylation with ethylene oxide and quarternary ammonium formation with benzyl chloride to obtain an ethoxylated imidazoline, FM, and a quarternary ammonium salt of imidazoline, FMO. FM and FMO, in particular, inhibit the corrosion of carbon steel A3 in high concentration H 2S 3 NaCl H 2O systems (artificial oilfield produced water)at 25—80℃ very well and are better than some commercial inhibitors at 60℃. These two imidazoline derivatives are mixed mode corrosion inhibitors controlling mainly the anodic processes as shown in polarization curve measurements.
