纤维蛋白溶解酶原激活物抑制物-1基因多态性与抑郁发作及冠心病的关系 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨纤维蛋白溶解酶原激活物抑制-1(PAI-1)基因4G/5G多态性与抑郁发作和冠心病的相关性。方法选取抑郁发作患者42例、冠心病患者65例和健康个体132例,分别组成抑郁发作组、冠心病组和健康对照组,应用等位基因特异性PCR的方法了解各组PAI-1基因4G/5G多态性情况。结果抑郁发作组和冠心病组的4G/4G基因型频率和4G等位基因频率均高于健康对照组(P<0.05),抑郁发作组与冠心病组PAI-1基因-675位点的4G/4G基因型频率和4G等位基因频率均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PAI-1基因4G/4G基因型和4G基因可能与抑郁发作与冠心病都有关,推测与两者伴发有一定联系。
