慢性丙型肝炎中程序性死亡分子-1及其配体信号通路的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 程序性死亡分子-1(programmed death 1,PD-1)及其配体PD-L1、PD-L2属于B7/CD28家族分子,在调节T细胞活化及耐受方面起着重要作用.近些年,许多学者认为丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)慢性感染可能与抗病毒的CD8^+T细胞耗竭有关,其机制通过上调PD-1负性调节通路,在体外阻断PD-1可恢复CD8^+T细胞的免疫效应功能.本文就慢性丙型肝炎中PD-1及其配体信号通路的研究近况作一综述.
