摘要
以92个团队为样本,研究了团队激励强度与按贡献分配程度对团队知识贡献和团队知识搜集的影响,以及任务互依的调节作用。研究结果表明,激励强度与团队知识贡献和团队知识搜集正相关,按贡献分配与团队知识贡献和团队知识搜集正相关,任务互依对激励强度与团队知识搜集的关系有负向调节作用。
A total of 92team samples are collected to study the effect of team-based rewards including reward intensity and equity allocation on intra-team knowledge donating(ITKD)and intra-team knowledge collecting(ITKC),and the moderating role of task interdependence.The hierarchical regression and SEM are used to test the hypotheses.Most hypotheses are supported and results are that reward intensity and equity allocation are both positively correlated with ITKD and ITKC,and the relation of reward intensity and ITKC is negatively moderated by task interdependence.The following analysis for unsupported hypotheses is another important part.Finally,a significance of theory and practice,the defection of research design and the direction of future research are discussed.
