盐酸美利曲辛合成工艺研究

Research on the Synthesis Process of Melitracen Hydrochloride

本文对盐酸美利曲辛合成工艺进行了优化研究。以10,10-二甲基蒽酮为起始原料,经格式反应缩合及成盐而得盐酸美利曲辛成品,非水滴定法检测纯度高于99.8%,总收率大于65.0%。

The paper was aimed to study the synthetic process of melitracen hydrochloride. It ~ prepared with 10,10 -dimethylanthrone as starting material through Grignard reaction, which was subject to salt formation. The average yield of melitracen hydrochloride was more than 65.0% with a purity of 99.8%.
