摘要
目的:通过预试验,初步探索成熟桂花果皮含有的化学成分。方法:采用试管法、纸片法对未经处理的果皮,果皮的水、95%乙醇、石油醚提取液分别预试验,初步探索成熟桂花果皮中可能含有的化学成分。结果:实验表明,成熟桂花果皮含有氨基酸和肽、有机酸、甾体、黄酮体、香豆素和萜类内酯化合物、蒽醌类化合物、含双键的萜类化合物、皂素或脂肪酸盐等成分。结论:初步研究表明,成熟桂花果皮中含有多种化学成分,为进一步研究桂花果皮的生物活性成分及开发利用桂花果皮提供了一定的实验基础。
Objective: To identify the chemical components of mature osmanthus fragrans'pericarp through comprehensive preliminary test. Methods: To do comprehensive preliminary test using the mixture liquid which is extracted from mature osmanthus fragrans' pericarp with water, 95% ethanol and petrol ether using precipitation reaction and color reaction. Results: The results show that mature osmanthus fragrans pericarp contain amino acid and peptide, organic acid, teride, progesterone, coumarin and terpene lactones, anthraquinone compound, terpenoids compounds containing double bonds, saponin or fatty acid salt. Conclusion: The results show mature osmanthus fragrans' pericarp contain multiple effective components and provided foundation for further study.
