摘要
近十年来,英国政府十分重视幼儿教师职前教育改革。其改革主要采取了颁布新政策、修订学前教育专业标准与规范培养机构和路径等举措,呈现出"新工党"与"联合政府"幼儿教师职前教育政策的连续性、走向专业化的幼儿教师职前教育改革和追求"卓越"的幼儿教师教育价值取向等特色。
In recent 10 years, the England government has paid much attention to the reform of preschool teacher' s pre-service education. Some main reform measures include issuing new policies, revising Early Years Professional Status, and standardizing training institutions and ways, and its unique features mainly show in following three sides : the policies of "New Labour" and "Coalition Government" exist continuity, the reform of preschool initial teacher training education goes towards the professional professionalization, and the value orientation of "excellence" in preschool teachers training is pursued.
