摘要
病毒诱导的基因沉默技术(VIGS)是近年发展起来的一种通过抑制基因转录研究植物基因功能的快速方法,豌豆早褐病毒(PEBV)的VIGS技术已经被成功的应用于豌豆发育调控基因功能的研究。该文在概述VIGS原理研究进展的基础上,对基于PEBV的VIGS技术流程进行总结,并提出改善其缺陷的方法和合理的数据分析处理方式,认为基因的沉默效率与基因在调控网络中的位置,上下游基因的影响及基因间的功能冗余有关。
Virus induced gene silencing (VIGS) technique comes forth in recent years, and it is a rapid method to study gene functions by suppress gene tratlscription. Based on pea early browning virus (PEBV), the VIGS technique has been used very well in research of pea de- velopment regulation genes function. The VIGS based on PEBV process was summarized after having surveyed the research progress of VIGS principle, and the methods of improving its defects and method of handling data were proposed. There is relevance of gene silencing efficiency to the place in genes regulation networks, up and downstream ~enes effect and redundancv between ~enes function.
