加味桃核承气汤对STZ糖尿病大鼠血糖及脂代谢的影响 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探讨加味桃核承气汤对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导形成糖尿病大鼠的血糖、胰岛素及脂类代谢的影响。[方法]尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素建立大鼠糖尿病模型,糖尿病大鼠随机分为治疗组和模型组,并设立对照组。加味桃核承气汤水煎剂10 ml/(kg·d)(1 g/ml生药)灌胃56 d,检测第14、28、42、56天的血糖和脂类代谢指标,检测第56天的血清胰岛素水平。[结果]加味桃核承气汤可以显著降低模型组的血糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)含量;治疗组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量较模型组显著升高,各组胰岛素水平差异不显著。[结论]加味桃核承气汤可以通过降低血糖和改善脂代谢紊乱来发挥治疗糖尿病的作用。 [ Objective J To study the effect ot Taohe Ghengql l)ecoctmn on glucose, msuhn ancl hp^cl metabohsm m fllabenc rats m^uceu Dy STZ. [ Method] Successful rat with diabetes model was established by STZ injection through caudal vein. Selected SD rats were randomly di- vided into two groups as diabetes group and treatment group. Control group was set up. Treatment group were orally administered by Taohe Chengqi Decoction 10 ml/kg ~d(with 1 g raw medicine per millilitre) for 56 days. At the 14th, 28th, 42th and 56th day, Glu, TG, TC, LDL - C and HDL - C was measured in serum. At the 56th day, insulin was measured. [ Result] Taohe Chengqi Decoction reduced the con- tents of blood glucose, TG, TC, LDL - C, the HDL - C level of treatment group showed significantly increased than diabetes group, the insu- lin level showed no significant differences in each group. [ Conclusion] Taohe Chengqi Decoction can lower blood glucose and improve lipid metabolism, which may play therapeutic role in diabetic rats.
