建设高标准基本农田是稳定农业生产、保障国家粮食安全的重要手段。高标准基本农田建设潜力区的划定是一个重点和难点,该研究以钦州市钦北区为例,探讨县域高标准基本农田建设潜力区划定新思路,为同期高标准基本农田建设潜力区划定提供切实可行的新模式。

Well-equipped capital farmland construction is an important means for stabilizing agricultural production and ensuring food securi- ty. Delimiting for latent capacity area of well-equipped capital farmland is an important and difficult selection. Taking Qinbei Region of Qinzhou City as an example, a new idea of latent capacity area delimiting of well-equipped capital farmland was discussed, which can provide practical new model for the same period of working.
