摘要 [目的]对地表水环境中常见VOCs测定方法进行优化。[方法]采用吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)法,分析地表水源水中多种挥发性有机物,并对方法条件进行了优化整合,以进一步提升分析效率和方法灵敏度。[结果]通过SIM模式测定25种VOCs,空白加标回收率范围为81.5%~123.0%,精密度(相对标准偏差)范围为0.74%~5.62%,方法检出限为0.03~0.59μg/L,实际水样加标回收率范围为79.5%~125.0%。[结论]吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱联用法测定水中VOCs,具有准确、可靠、重复性好等优点,适用于地表水环境中VOCs的测定。 [ Objective ] The study aimed to improve the method for deter ruination of VOCs in surface water. [ Method] A method for deter mina- tion of VOCs in surface water was established by using purge and trap/gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS), and its conditions were optimized and integrated to improve its analysis efficiency and sensitivity. [ Result] According to the deter ruination results of 25 kinds of VOCs by SIM (selected ion monitoring) model, the blank standard addition recoveries varied from 81.5% to 123.0% ; the relative standard deviations (RSD) of six parallel deter minations ranged from 0.74% to 5.62% ; the deter mination limits of the method were 0.03 - 0.59 p^g/L; the stand- ard addition recoveries of surface water were 79.5% - 125.0%. [ Conclusion] The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible for deter ruina- tion of VOCs in surface water.
