我国草原生态治理项目对牧民生计影响的研究综述

Reviews on the Influence of Grassland Ecological Management Projects to the Livelihood of Herdsmen

针对草地生态系统的严重退化,我国实行了禁牧休牧、生态移民、退牧还草、京津风沙源治理、黄河重要水源功能区建设等一系列草原生态治理项目,这些项目在实施的过程中直接或间接影响着牧民生计。本文在回顾学界关于各项草原生态治理项目对牧民生计影响的文献的基础上,梳理了现有研究成果,主要包括问题研究的角度、影响评估以及成因分析、政策建议、研究方法等几个方面,最后总结了针对牧民生计问题的研究结论、存在的问题,并指出了未来牧民生计问题的更多研究方向。

Severe degradation of the meadow has brought not only ecological problems but also economy and social stability. As a result, our country executes ~ series of grassland ecological management projects, which have an important effect on the livelihood of herdsmen. This pa- per reviews on the main researches about those effects, which includes the chosen of research angle, specific effects, the reasons, the research methods, policy suggestions , etc. , and summarizes the research status, anticipates possible research directions.
