摘要
基于马斯洛需求理论对我国农民进行如下分类:生理需要的农民、安全需要的农民、社交需要的农民、自尊需要的农民及自我实现需要的农民。通过对我国农民培训现状的分析,提出针对不同需要的农民选择不同的培训激励机制。
Chinese peasants based on Maslow~ hierarchy of needs theory are classified as follows: physiological needs of farmers, security needs of farmers and social needs of farmers and pride to farmers and self-actualization needs of farmers. Through analyzing the present situa- tion of farmers training, selecting different training incentive mechanism according to different needs of farmers was pointed out.
