摘要
土地利用空间布局模型的发展经历了从静态到动态的过程,传统的方法和理论往往会导致模型的人为简单化。分别从城市智能体组织结构、语法定义、行为规则推理以及决策选择方法等方面对土地利用空间布局模型进行阐述,构建了基于多智能体的城市土地利用空间布局优化模型,并以武汉市为例进行了模型的仿真运行和结果分析。结果表明,建立的模型考虑居民、企业、政府等能动个体的局部决策和非线性互动互作的重要影响,能较好地为城市土地利用空间布局优化提供辅助决策。
The spatial layout model in land use developed from static model to dynamic model,but traditional methods and theories often lead models to artificial simplification.In this paper,the author gives elaboration such as organizational structure,formal syntax,behavior reasoning rule and decision-making behavior on how to construct an intelligent mode based on multi-agent system.The simulative running of the model and the result analysis are made in the case study of Wuhan city.The results showed that the new model considered the non-linear effect of the local decision-making for resident,corporation and government agent.New model can provide auxiliary decision for land use spatial layout planning.
