摘要
以小麦秸秆为底物,对不同NaOH预处理条件下小麦秸秆的纤维素酶水解效率进行了研究,考察因子包括NaOH质量分数、小麦秸秆固体含量、预处理时间,同时利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了酶水解过程中小麦秸秆的结构变化。结果表明,在NaOH质量分数为1.00%、小麦秸秆固体含量为0.050 g/mL、预处理时间为60 min时,小麦秸秆的糖化效率最高,总还原糖的产率达到86.61%,较未处理时产率提升74.60个百分点。利用最佳预处理条件下的小麦秸秆进行同步糖化发酵,其乙醇产率达到71.70%,较未处理时产率提升49.30个百分点。
Enzymatic hydrolysis and the structure change of the wheat straw were detected under different NaOH pretreatment conditions,such as NaOH concentration,solid content,pretreatment time.The results showed that the saccharification efficiency was the highest when NaOH content was 1.00%,solid content 0.050 g / mL,and pretreat ment 60 min.The total reducing sugar yield was 86.61%,and 74.60 per point higher than that non-pretreated.The ethanol yield form simultaneous saccharification and fermentation(SSF) with the best treated straw was 71.70%,and 49.30 per point higer than that non-pretreated.
