摘要
重庆南温泉洗浴废水具有水量较大、水温较高的特点。为利用水源热泵系统回收温泉废水的热量,针对造成水源热泵腐蚀的因素,对重庆南温泉洗浴废水水质进行分析。结果表明,南温泉废水pH、游离氧(O2)和氯离子(Cl-)符合水源热泵系统的要求,游离二氧化碳(CO2)、硫酸根离子(SO42-)偏高,利用南温泉废水作为水源热泵热源时要进行预处理,以降低游离二氧化碳和硫酸根离子含量,避免热泵腐蚀。
The Chongqing Nanwenquan bathing wastewater has the characteristics of large amount of water and high water temperature,from which heat can be recycled for water source heat pump,but corrosion of the water source heat pump system will directly affect the heat transfer effect.The factors of corrosion were analyzed.The results showed that pH value,free oxygen and chlorine ions of Nanwenquan wastewater has little effect on the water source heat pump system,but the free carbon dioxide,sulfate ions have high effect.Using Nanwenquan wastewater as heat source for water source heat pump,pretreatments should be done to reduce the content of free carbon dioxide and sulfate ions to avoid corrosion.
