摘要 通过盆栽试验,研究了在矿区污染土壤中施用石灰和猪粪2种土壤改良剂后对芹菜生长及生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,2种改良剂的施用都可以增加芹菜的株高、最大叶面积和地上部鲜重,增强芹菜植物组织的过氧化物酶活性,降低游离脯氨酸的含量,提高维生素C的含量。总体上看,施用石灰6 g/kg和猪粪80 g/kg后改良矿区污染土壤的效果最明显。 Abstrct: The effects of utilization of 2 soil ameliorants, lime and pig manure, on growth, physiology and biochemistry of Apium graveolens L. in mining-contaminated soil were studied by pot experiments. The results showed that both ameliorants could increase plant height, maximal leaf area, aboveground fresh weight and content of vitamin C, and enhance the activity of peroxidase while decrease the content of dissociative proline. The effect of 6 g / kg lime with 80 g / kg pig manure for improving mining-contaminated soil was the best.
