摘要
通过试验观测,分析了穿龙薯蓣(Dioscorea nipponica Makino)植株的形态生长和生物量生长规律,结合Logistic模型和Growth模型分别对穿龙薯蓣植株的形态生长和生物量生长进行了曲线方程拟合。结果表明,对穿龙薯蓣植株的株高、叶片数、叶面积生长量的Logistic模型拟合的拟合优度(R2)分别为0.980、0.985、0.985;对地上部和地下部生物量干重增长的Growth模型拟合的拟合优度分别为0.810、0.905。
The morphological and biomass growth regulation of Dioscorea nipponica Makino was analyzed through experimental observation.Curvilinear equation of morphological and biomass growth of D.nipponica plant was fitted with logistic model and growth model respectively.The results showed that R2values of the logistic model curvilinear equations of plant height,leaf number,leaf area growth were 0.980,0.985 and 0.985,respectively.While R2values of growth model curvilinear equations of the aboveground and underground dry weight biomass were 0.810 and 0.905.
