摘要
针对现有豌豆脱皮机械存在的生产效率低、脱皮效果差等问题,介绍了新型揉搓式豌豆脱皮机结构原理,并对其驱动功率及生产效率进行总体设计计算,同时对其行星轴及主轴等主要零部件的结构参数进行了设计计算,设计的豌豆脱皮机生产效率可达3 000 kg/h以上,完全能够满足规模淀粉企业的生产需求。
For the small production and low peeling rate of peeling machine currently in the market,this article describes a new kind of pea peeling machine.After making overall design calculation,such as the driving power and the production efficiency,the planetary shaft and shaft and other major parts,structure parameters are also calculated.The production efficiency of peas peeling machine this paper presents may reach 3 000 kg / h above,and it can completely meet the production requirements of the scale starch enterprise.
