Coordinated Development of Urban and Rural Areas Based on Multi-level Planning Perspectives

基于现行城乡一体化的愿景规划,针对城乡协调发展促进作用有限的现状,从宏观层面落实主体功能区规划、中观层面完善城镇体系规划、微观层面推进村镇布局规划三方面提出统筹城乡发展规划的空间推进层次及应对举措。

Research status shows that based on the integration of urban and rural vision planning which promotes urban rural coordinated development slowly,author puts forward multi-level planning perspectives and countermeasures,including main function zones planning as macro-level implementation,layout of towns and villages as micro-level implementation,and urban system planning as the middle-level implementation.
