牵引台车隧洞内浇筑低坍落度混凝土施工技术

摘要 以溪洛渡水电站和糯扎渡水电站右岸泄洪洞混凝土衬砌工程为例,回顾总结了通过对传统钢模台车结构的改进,实现大吨位卷扬机牵引钢模台车进行斜坡段洞室衬砌混凝土施工的过程。由于使用了多项新技术和新工艺,使得边墙混凝土一次浇筑成型,保证了衬砌混凝土的整体性和平整度,形体控制也较好,施工进度明显提高。侧重介绍了从入仓布料程序、混凝土振捣的具体标准及二次复振时间和振捣度量的把握等多个环节进行质量控制的方法。 Relying on concrete lining project of spillway tunnel on the right bank in Xiluodu and Nuozadu Hydropower Sta- tions, the author reviewed and summarized the procedure of concrete lining construction through the improved steel template trol- ley pulled by large -tonnage winch. Due to the application of new technologies, a side wall concrete pouring was completed at one times, which ensured the integral, flat and well - shaped concrete lining and reduces decreased the construction schedule sig- nificantly. The paper places particular emphasis on quality control methods including the procedures of material preparation in storage, specific criteria of concrete vibration, and the control of time and measurement of repeated vibration.
