摘要
针对水电站的水资源管理问题,探讨了大型水电站技术供水管理的内容和要求,结合大型水电站供水设计和运行数据,对影响技术供水规模的技术因素作了初步分析。从水资源论证、取水许可等方面提出了加强技术供水环节的水资源管理手段及措施,并且认为应促使水电站设备制造、设计以及运行等部门重视并加强节能降耗和节水减污方面的管理,推动水资源管理制度的全面深化与落实。
We discuss content and requirements of technical water supply management in large hydropower stations from the view of water resource management. In combination with design and operation of technical water supply works in large - scaled hydropower stations, we conduct a primary analysis on parameters that can influence the technical water supply scale. We pro- pose the measures of strengthening water resources management in technical water supply from aspects of assessment of water re- sources, water use permission, and it is pointed out that water resources management in technical water supply should be imple- mented effectively through promoting the equipment manufacture, design and operation units of hydropower station pay attention to water resources saving and pollution - reducing.
