南宁市科普工作现状及发展对策

Current status of work of science popularization in Nanning City and its development strategies

【目的】为南宁市相关部门制定科普政策提供科学、合理、可行的决策依据,促进南宁市经济社会实现跨越式发展。【方法】通过总结"十一五"期间南宁市科普工作取得的成效及科普工作模式,分析现阶段南宁市科普工作存在的问题,提出相应的对策建议。【结果】目前,南宁市科普工作可分为以政府为主体的科普工作模式、以学校为主体的科普工作模式、以企业为主体的科普工作模式、以大众媒体为主体的科普工作模式、以社区为主体的科普工作模式、以农村为主体的科普工作模式、以其他组织和个人为主体的科普工作模式。南宁市科普工作存在科普管理体制和运营机制不健全、科普工作缺乏针对性和时代性、科普人才整体素质有待提高、科普经费不足、基础设施落后、公众缺乏接受科普的动力和能力等问题。【建议】应加强科普工作模式和机制创新,增强科普人才队伍素质,保障经费投入,以大型科普活动和重大工程为抓手全面提升科普工作能力,以促进南宁市科普工作健康可持续发展。

【Objective】The study was aimed at providing scientific, reasonable and feasible references for Nanning government to formulate policy of science popularization so as to realize economy and society breakthroughs in Nanning City. 【Method】The achievement of science popularization in Nanning City and its operation mode during the eleventh five-year plan were summarized in this paper. Based on the existing problems in the work of science popularization, relevant strategies were put forward. 【Result】The science popularization in Nanning City had 7 operation modes including： （1）the government as the main work body; （2）the school as the main work body; （3）the enterprise as the main work body; （4）the mass media as the main work body; （5）the community as the main work body; （6）the country as the main work body; （7）other organization and person as the main work body. The problems included imperfect science popularization management and operation mechanism, lack of pertinence and contemporameity, low personnel quality, shortage of fund, poor infrastructure, and lack of acceptation motivation and ability of science popularization for the public. 【Suggestion】Special attention should be paid to innovation of operation mode and mechanism of science popularization work, enhancement of popular science talent quality, fund guarantee and comprehensive promotion of science popularization work ability based on large popular science activities and major projects to promote the healthy and sustainable development of science popularization work in Nanning City.
