摘要
目的探讨CIAPIN1与P—gp在散发型结肠癌中的表达及其与耐药性的关系。方法应用sP免疫组化法检测65例结肠癌组织标本中CIAPIN1与P—gP的分布和表达并分析其相关性。结果CIAPIN1与P—gP的阳性表达率分别为69.2%、52.3%,其表达不受性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、分化程度的影响,但不同Duke’s分期的癌组织中的表达有显著性差异(P〈0.05),相关分析显示二者表达呈显著正相关(P〈0.05)。结论CIAPIN1与P—gP在结肠癌进展中起重要作用,高表达CIAPIN1与P—gP的肿瘤组织具有较强的浸润与转移能力,并可能导致多药耐药的发生。
Objective To investigate the expression of CIAPIN1 and P - gp in sporadic colorectal carcinoma and the relationship with drug resistance. Methods Distribution and expression of CIAPIN1 and P - gp in 65 specimens with colorectal carcinoma were detected by SP immunohistochemical method. Results Positive rates of CIAPIN1 and P - gp were 69.2% and 52.3 % respectively, which were not correlated with gender, age,location and differentiation. However, there was significant difference in carcinoma at different Duke' stages (P 〈 0.05 ). There was significant positive correlation between them by correlation analysis( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion CIAPIN1 and P - gp play an important role in the development of colorectal carcinoma. Carcinoma with high expression of CIAPIN1 and P - gp has strong ability of invasion and metastasis. They can also result in muhidrug resistance.
