蜂蜜敷料联合TDP照射治疗Ⅲ期压疮的疗效观察

目的:观察蜂蜜敷料联合TDP照射治疗Ⅲ期压疮的效果。方法:66例压疮病人分为两组,对照组32例,常规换药清洁后,用甲硝唑溶液湿敷患处,外敷无菌纱布。观察组34例常规换药清洁后,用蜂蜜敷料联合TPP照射,观察溃疡愈合情况。结果:观察组治愈率68.2%,对照组治愈率26.1%,P<0.05;观察组有效率100%,对照组有效率88.1%,P<0.05;观察组平均治愈时间较对照组明显缩短,P<0.01。结论:蜂蜜敷料联合TDP照射治疗Ⅲ期压疮效果满意,可缩短治疗时间。
