脱色素性乳房外Paget病

Depigmented extramammary Paget's disease

报告1例脱色素性乳房外Paget病患者。男,80岁。阴囊皮肤潮湿,阴茎、阴囊出现色素减退斑4个月。组织病理示:表皮不增生,棘层及表皮突可见散在或成巢分布的胞质丰富的Paget细胞,基底层黑素基本消失。免疫组化示PAS染色(+)、上皮膜抗原(EMA)染色(+),S-100蛋白染色(-),诊断为脱色素性乳房外Paget病。

An 80-year-old men presented with exudation of scrotal skin, and depigmented macule on the penile shaft and scrotum for four months. The diagnosis of depigmented extramammary Paget＇s disease was made based on the histopathologi- eal and immunohistoehemieal findings.
