摘要
母细胞性浆样树突状细胞瘤（blasticplasmacytoiddendriticcellneoplasm，BPDCN）是一种罕见的高侵袭性造血及淋巴组织肿瘤，主要发生于中老年人。临床上特征主要有：皮肤受累突出、系统性播散．以及生存率低。近期我科确诊l例，现报告如下。
