摘要
公路收费系统中往往要求有完善的监控系统，这就提出了视频采集的要求。本文在完成了一个公路通行费征收系统的实践基础上，阐述了如何基于视频卡和利用VFW来进行视频采集以及如何实现一般公路计算机收费系统的监控要求。实践表明，这是一种行之有效的视频采集方法，能很好地满足公路收费系统的需求。
In most of the Highway Toll Systems, it is necessary to monitor the process of tolling. On the basis of a Toll System recently completed, this paper presents how to improve the performance of Monitoring System with Video Capture Card and VFW. The practice has proved that the new Monitoring System with this technique has more advantages than the old one.
