摘要 目的:评价自体表皮移植联合308 nm准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效。方法:按照入选标准将患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用切削法进行自体表皮移植,术后2周开始联合308 nm准分子激光照射治疗,每周2次,10次为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程;对照组仅采用削切法进行自体表皮移植。每个疗程结束时分别对两组疗效进行评价对比,并随访半年。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,起效时间、总有效率差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自体表皮移植联合308 nm准分子激光治疗能加速存活皮片的复色率和色斑的扩大,并缩短病程。该联合疗法安全、有效,值得推广。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of epidermal autograft combined with 308nm excimer laser for the treatment of vitiligo. Methods: Patients with vitiligo were enrolled according to the inclusion criteria and randomly divided into two groups. Both the control and the treatment groups received epidermal autograft treatment. Two weeks later, the treatment group was also treated with 308nm excimer laser twice a week for 15 weeks. The efficacies were evaluated every 5 weeks. All patients were followed up for 6 months. Results In comparison to the epidermal autograft alone group, the epi- dermal autograft combined with 308nm excimer laser group resulted in earlier improvement and higher effective rates (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The epidermal autograft combined with 308nm excimer laser can shorten the treatment course in the treatment of vitiligo and is safe.
