糖尿病大鼠肾脏p22phox的表达及普罗布考的干预研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究证实氧化应激在糖尿病肾病的发生、发展中起重要作用,活性氧产物(ROS)在细胞外基质的聚集和肾小球硬化中起重要的信号传导作用,而还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NADPH)氧化酶可通过诱导ROS的产生而导致。肾脏的氧化应激损伤,NADPH氧化酶亚基p22phox是其构成亚基之一,与酶的活性密切相关。本实验通过观察糖尿病大鼠肾脏中p22phox表达及断链抗氧化剂普罗布考对p22phox表达的影响,探讨其保护肾脏作用的机制。
