摘要
《教育信息化十年发展规划(2011—2020年)》放弃传统的"信息技术与课程整合"提法,而提出信息技术应与教育"深度融合"的全新观念,是希望找到一种新的、能实现教育信息化目标的有效途径与方法,以解决长期以来信息技术在教育领域的应用成效不显的问题,是想要真正触及教育系统结构性变革,而不是只用于改进教学手段、方法这类"渐进式修修补补"。两者的根本区别在于:"深度融合"要求实现教育系统的结构性变革,而"整合"不要求,也不关注这种变革。能否实现"信息技术与教育的深度融合",也就是能否让信息技术对教育发展真正产生出"革命性影响",唯一的衡量标准就是:传统的课堂教学结构改变了没有。
The Ten Year Development Plan of Education Informationization (2011--2020) abandons the wording of "information technology and curriculum integration" and puts forward a new concept, "depth fusion" of information technology and education. It is hoped to discover an effective method to achieve the teaching objective of informationization in order to solve the long-term problem of the ineffec- tive application of information technology in the education. It aims to touch the real education system's structural reform and change, but not just to improve the teaching methods, such "gradual tinkering". The fundamental difference is that the "depth fusion" requires achieving education system's structural change without requiring for "integration". The only criteria on whether it can achieve "the depth fusion of information technology and education, i. e. if information technology can trigger "revolutionary im- pact" to education, is whether the structure of traditional classroom teaching has changed or not.
