This document describes how to build graphical, form-based interfaces for end-user programs using HTML and CGI. HTML is used only to describe the look and feel of the user interface, many programming languages can be used to write the program itself. We will illustrate this by showing example programs written in C, C++, PERL, and PASCAL.
