小细胞肺癌伴发抗利尿激素异常分泌综合征诊治研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 小细胞肺癌（smallcelllungcancer，SCLC）是一种起源于支气管黏膜上皮Kulchitsky细胞的异源性神经内分泌肿瘤，电镜下约66％-90％病例的癌细胞可见神经内分泌颗粒，具有神经内分泌的特点。SCLC常伴发抗利尿激素异常分泌综合征（syndromeofinappropriatesecretionofantidiuretichormone，SIADH），
