摘要
本文根据中国某大型寿险公司的客户保单信息,分析了中国居民在不同年龄上的定期寿险、终身寿险、两全寿险、年金寿险购买率①变化趋势,结论表明居民在整个生命周期内的消费需求具有明显的随年龄变化的规律,消费需求呈阶段性特征,整个生命周期可以划分为6个阶段,不同类型的寿险产品的消费需求随年龄的变化规律差异较大;产品政策干预对居民的寿险需求有较大的影响,保险事故责任的差异是居民寿险消费需求差异的主要原因,幼年群体对拉动寿险消费需求的作用较为显著,未成年群体的普通终身和分红终身寿险消费存在较大的退保风险,建议寿险供给主体谨慎开发这个年龄群体的市场消费。产品趋同化提升了寿险消费需求,但并未带来消费量的急剧拉升,建议寿险供给主体着眼于产品保障功能给消费者带来的福利增加开发产品。
According to the data on customers' insurance policy information from a big Chinese life insurance company,this paper analyzes the purchase rate change trend of term life insurance,whole life insurance, endowment life insurance and annuity life insurance at different ages. The result shows that Chinese life insurance demand has a significant rule in whole life cycle and displays stage trend. The whole life process could be cut into 6 periods by ages. The change trends on demand of different type of life insurance products in terms of ages are very diversified. The interference of product policy had more effects on life insurance demand. The type of accident risk is an important factor for difference of life insurance demand. The children's life insurance demand is raised much by outside powers. There is a bigger dropout risk of children's common whole life insurance product and bonus life insurance product. It should be prudent to explore the market of children group for these two types of products. The similarity of product promotes life insurance demands. However,it does not lead to the great rise of demand. It is suggested that the supplier of life insurance pay more attention to raising consumers' welfare promotion of products' security function.
