医护一体化正性暗示在手术室的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Positive Implication in the Operating Room

目的探讨手术室医护人员使用正性暗示对患者心理的影响。方法 2011年1月-2012年10月接受治疗的160例行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的患者分别接受医护人员的正性暗示和常规安抚性心理护理,比较两组患者的恐惧、疼痛、抑郁和焦虑等指标。结果术后对照组患者的恐惧评分、自觉疼痛程度均明显高于观察组(P<0.05);两组患者护理干预后的焦虑和抑郁程度均明显降低,但观察组患者的焦虑和抑郁程度比对照组改善更佳(P<0.05);观察组患者对整个就医过程的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理人员的正性暗示,可有效缓解患者的恐惧、焦虑、抑郁和自觉疼痛等负性心理,有助于手术的顺利进行和患者的康复。

Objective To explore the effect of positive implication in the operating room on the patient＇s mental. Methods A total of 160 patients who received the routine laparoscopic appendectomy surgery from January 2011 to October 2012 were treated with positive implications and conventional appease routine psychological care and the fear, pain, depression and anxiety, and other indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The fear scores in the control group patients were significantly higher than that in the observation group （P 〈 0.05）. The patient＇s perceived pain in the control group was higher than that in the observation group （P 〈 0.05）; after nursing intervention, the anxiety and depression levels in the two groups decreased significantly; the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction for the entire course of medical treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The positive implication in the operating room can effectively alleviate the patient＇s fear, anxiety, depression and perceived pain and so on and can contribute to the effect of operation and rehabilitation of the patients.
