摘要
目的研究福州地区汉族人群ABO血型基因型的分布特点及规律。方法随机选择2011年1月12日至2011年5月23日,于福建省血液中心行无偿献血的450名汉族献血者为研究对象。采用聚合酶链式反应-序列特异性引物法对其进行ABO血型基因分型(留样前均经献血者知情同意,并与之鉴定知情同意书)。结果本组450例福州地区汉族非血缘关系个体中,共检出5种等位基因:Al(21.78%)、A205(O.67%)、B(19.33%)、01(32.78%)、02(25.44%),未检出稀有的03等位基因;共发现12种基因型组合:A101(14.00%)、A102(11.11%)、A1A1(4.22%)、A1A205(1.11o,4)、BB(3.56%)、1301(12.00%)、BO2(10.44%)、0101(10.44%)、0102(18.67%)、0202(5.33%)、A1B(8.89%)、A205B(0.22%);不同基因型样本数观察值与期望值比较,差异无统计学意义(Y。=13.5339,P〉0.05),其基因型频率分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。结论福州地区汉族人群ABO基因型对应的血型分布特点为0〉A〉B〉AB,ABO基因频率分布从高到低依次为01、02、A1、B、#205。A2等位基因构成存在自身特点,以A205为主。
Objective To study the distribution characteristics and regularity of ABO blood group genotype of Han population in Fuzhou. Methods From 12 January 2011 to 23 May 2011, a total of 450 Han blood donors who donated blood in Fujian Provincial Blood Center were selected in the study randomly. ABO genotype of all the donors was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer (PCR-SSP). Results In 450 unrelated individuals of Fuzhou Han population, five alleles of A1 (21. 78%), A205 (0.67%), B (19. 33%), O1 (32. 78%), 02 (25. 44%) were detected, but no 03 allele was discovered; twelve genotypes were found, consisting of A101 (14. 00%), A102 (11. 11%), A1A1 (4.22%), A1A205 (1.11%), BB (3.56%), BOl(12.00%), BO2 (10.44%), O101 (10.44%), O102 (18. 67%), 0202 (5.33%), A1B (8. 89%), A205B (0. 22~). The difference was not statistically significant between observed value and expected value in different genotypes (X2 : 13. 5339,P〉0. 05). The genotype frequency distribution of this group was in good agreement with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Conclusions Corresponding with ABO genotype, the distribution characteristics of ABO blood group in Fuzhou Han population was O^A~B^AB, the ABO gene frequency distributions from high to low were O1, 02, A1, B, A205. A2 allele had its own characteristic, dominated by A205.
