Th17细胞和Treg细胞的功能及其在多发性骨髓瘤中的研究进展

摘要 多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的发生发展涉及一系列CD4+和CD8+T细胞的数量及功能变化,辅助性T细胞17(Thl7)和调节性T细胞(Treg)作为重要的CD4+T细胞亚群,对维持MM患者的抗肿瘤免疫至关重要。Thl7细胞和Treg细胞在生长分化阶段相互影响,关系密切,二者之间的平衡研究可能促进新型免疫治疗手段的产生。现就Thl7细胞及Treg细胞的分化、功能及与MM的关系作一综述。
