TET2基因在血液肿瘤中的作用机制及突变意义 被引量:1

摘要 TET甲基胞嘧啶双加氧酶2(TET2)基因被认为是一种抑癌基因,通过直接催化DNA去甲基化和间接催化组蛋白糖基化的双表观遗传修饰调控基因转录,进而参与调控造血。TET2基因在多种血液肿瘤中存在突变,其预后价值尚不清楚。在急性髓系白血病(AMI。)中研究提示预后不良,而在骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)中提示预后良好。敲除TET2基因影响造血干细胞(HSC)的自我更新能力和正常分化,证实TET2在血液肿瘤的发生发展中有重要作用。
