含caspase募集结构域的膜相关鸟苷酸激酶1的免疫调节作用

摘要 含caspase募集结构域的膜相关鸟苷酸激酶1(CARMAl)作为膜相关的鸟苷酸激酶(MAGUK)家族成员之一,在淋巴细胞中特异性表达。近年来的研究表明,CARMAl对T、B和NK淋巴细胞的发育有重要作用,并参与固有及适应性免疫应答。此外,已证实CARMAl参与人类一些免疫性疾病的发生。
